67Did Sarah Palin get a breast implants? Rumors are all over the internet that she did get a boob job. Here are some websites with the rumors. If you where Sarah Palin would you admit to get a boob job. She has denied the rumors on Fox News. Maybe she has started spending some of her book money.
No president before has had a boob job. It does not seem very presidential. I can hear the presidential debates already. She is a Maverick. It would make the elections more interesting. With all the problems with the oil spill, bank bailouts, and health care, it is hard to believe that this is what we are talking about. It will probably get her on Saturday Night Live a bunch of times. If you are doing all the Hollywood deals like Sarah it is a probably a good thing to do. If the presidental deal doesn't work out there is always E! channel. I can just image the next made for movie TV on Lifetime network.

Just the fact this is a contreversy speaks volumes of how vapid we are as a society. And also how low people will go to attack a public figure. I am sure that will be in her neighbors book
